Re: Important Notice Regarding ACH Routing Number Change

Effective October 31, 2024, all ACH transactions using the Bank of Hope routing number will no longer be honored by PromiseOne Bank. Any ACH transactions (credit or debit) initiated using the Bank of Hope routing number after October 31, 2024, will be returned.

To ensure uninterrupted ACH services, it is crucial that you update your ACH routing number with all your payees, billers, and direct deposit sources as soon as possible.

PromiseOne Bank routing number is 061121180.

Additionally, please note that Bank of Hope online/mobile banking will also no longer be available after November 1, 2024.
